Session 3: Legislative Aspects - This session will review current federal and provincial legislation as well as recent changes. This session will also discuss pension committees and their role in overseeing pension plans.
Session 4: Pension Case Law - This session will cover significant court decisions in the Canadian legal system in shaping pension legislation and governance today. This session will address key aspects of the decision and what plan sponsors, administrators and pension committees need to consider in administering a pension plan.
