Rory Judd Albert is the immediate past co-chair of the Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation & ERISA Litigation Practice Center. Rory also previously served as a co-chair of Proskauer’s Labor & Employment Department as well as on the Firm’s Executive and Advisory Committees.
As merely one example of his national reputation, Rory was retained as outside legal counsel to the independent fiduciaries charged with responsibility for completing, on behalf of a six billion dollar national pension plan, one of the largest hotel and convention center projects in the nation – The Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa (in South Florida). Michael Boychuk is currently the President of Bimcor Inc; one of Canada’s largest private sector pension plan managers. Prior to his current position he was the Senior Vice President and Corporate Treasurer of BCE Inc. and Bell Canada (November 1999-2009). Throughout that period Mr. Boychuk was responsible for all Treasury, and Capital Markets activities of the BCE group of companies and until 2005, he was also responsible for all mergers and acquisition activities of the Corporation. He joined BCE in 1997 as President and Chief Executive Officer of BCE Capital, the venture capital arm of BCE Inc. Mr. Boychuk, a Chartered Accountant by profession, began his career with KPMG (Peat Marwick) and later joined the Montreal Trust Company where he held progressively senior positions until 1993. From 1994 to 1997, he co-founded Manitex Capital Inc., a private equity merchant bank. Read more
Sally Bradley-Golding is Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Financial Engines. Sally brings more than twenty-four years in the employee benefits industry to her role at Financial Engines. Prior to joining the company, Sally was a Relationship Manager at Fidelity Investments where she was responsible for the delivery of human resources, payroll, and benefit outsourcing services to her clients. Read more
Anthony S. Cacace is an associate in the Labor and Employment Department and a member of the Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation & ERISA Litigation Practice Center. Anthony focuses on ERISA litigation and counsels plans and plan sponsors on a full spectrum of employee benefit issues.
Anthony represents employers, plan sponsors, plan trustees and other plan fiduciaries in lawsuits brought pursuant to ERISA, alleging claims for breaches of fiduciary duty, benefit claim denials, plan investment losses and improper plan amendments. He also represents plan clients during Department of Labor, governmental and internal investigations. Read more
David Charbonneau has been Senior Vice-President of Group Retirement Savings since 2011. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote the group retirement savings sector and to ensure its growth in the Canadian consulting actuary and broker markets.
David is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries (SOA) and a member of the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute. Read more
Jean-Daniel (J.D.) Côté is a Partner in Mercer’s Investments business and a senior member of its Canadian DC consulting group.
Based in Montreal, he uses his 25 years of unique wide-ranging experience in retirement and investment consulting, individual retirement planning, DC vendor product and service development and employee communication fields to provide strategic DC consulting services to large clients. Read more

 Dr. Ruslan Dorfman is a founder and CEO of GeneYouIn Inc – Canadian Personalzied Medicine company. He is molecular geneticist by training and is passionate about pharmacogenetics of chronic pain and genetics of rare diseases. Prior to founding GeneYouIn in 2012 he worked at Sickkids Hospital, and developed Personalized Medicine Strategy at the Mount Sinai Hospital. Dr. Dorfman published over thirty peer-reviewed manuscripts on genetics of Cystic Fibrosis, disease modifying genes, and pain genetics. For his work Dr. Dorfman was awarded numerous prestigious scholarships including the Florence and Theodore Baumritter PhD Scholarship, the CIHR postdoctoral award, and the “Science to Business” CIHR scholarship. Lucie Dutil is Vice President – Pension & Benefits in Bell Canada’s Finance team. Among her main responsibilities, she participates in the development of the corporate business plan, the pension strategy and benefits. Peter Gove, innovation leader, health management with Green Shield Canada (GSC), has oversight for initiatives under GSC’s Change4Life™ banner. Change4Life™ is aimed at supporting Canadians to better manage their health. The initiative utilizes advanced analytics to proactively identify plan participants who are at risk of developing, or who have developed a chronic disease and to reach out to them with focused programs. Prior to coming to GSC, Peter was responsible for the national disability management and life insurance claims program for a large Canadian life insurance company.  For over 18 years Mike Kennedy has been working with organizations to design, develop and deliver effective workplace health programs. Mike graduated with an Honours degree specializing in Health Promotion. His experience includes rolling out a North America-wide wellness program for a leading global automotive parts manufacturer. He was co-founder of a firm providing disability management, occupational health, wellness and occupational medicine services, and has also worked for a leading EAP firm as a subject matter expert in health management.
Currently a Vice President in Aon Hewitt Canada’s Health and Benefits practice, Mike is the National Lead for Health Strategies and Solutions. Read more

Dr. Kraft has over 20 years of experience in clinical practice, biomedical research and healthcare innovation. With 25 years of experience in analytics and business intelligence, Matthew D. Kuckuk leads CGI’s big data and analytics for the global marketing group from his base in San Francisco, California. Among his previous roles he was the founder of customer relationship analytics at AMS that included the creation of CGI’s decision-science IP solution – Strata -- and during a brief 10 year hiatus from CGI he led the client services groups at BI and analytics startup companies in Silicon Valley.
Loretta Kulchycki is Vice-President, Group Marketing for Great-West Life. She oversees group insurance marketing, which includes product and service development, product legislative analysis, client, field and advisor support, and specialty product development. In her role, she helps to advance Great-West’s brand in the marketplace, building on Great-West’s strengths of innovation, customer service and operational effectiveness.
Loretta joined Great-West in 1999, and has spent most of her career working in the Group Division. Loretta is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and the Society of Actuaries. Read more
Brian Lindenberg is a senior partner with Mercer in our Calgary office. Mr. Lindenberg is Mercer Canada's Innovation Leader. Simon Nelson is a consulting actuary with Eckler Ltd. He has over 15 years of experience consulting to plan sponsors on a wide array of complex pension issues, including regulatory matters, restructuring activities, union negotiations, plan design projects, funding and accounting issues. Part of Simon’s role is a focus on the management of pension plan financial risks through the development, assessment and implementation of strategies such as pension liability settlements, and unique funding strategies. Prior to joining Eckler Ltd. in 2013, Simon worked for 13 years at another large consulting firm. Read more

Matt Miles leads the organization responsible for product development, digital solutions, sales proposals, marketing, national member education and communications, plus research and strategic planning for Manulife’s Canadian group businesses. Prior to this position, he held roles in Manulife's global asset management and US 401(k) businesses, M&A and corporate strategy, and group retirement distribution. Read more
Janet Rabovsky has been with Towers Watson since 2001 and regularly consults with defined benefit and defined contribution pension fund and endowment clients. In addition to working with clients, Janet is also part of the global private equity, real assets and infrastructure research teams where she assists with evaluating managers and helps clients to build specialist portfolios.  David C. Saunders, Founding Managing Director, graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 1981 with a B.S. degree in Business. He has been involved in the investment and trading of financial instruments since 1983. He has worked at Tucker Anthony & R.L. Day as an equity trader; First Boston Corp. as Vice President on the equity block trading desk; WaterStreet Capital, a hedge fund, as Head Trader; Tiger Management, as Head Trader; WorldSec Securities as President and ABN Amro Inc. as a Senior Managing Director.  Sean Slater is the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Homewood Health. In his role, Sean is responsible for providing leadership in the development and execution of market and customer strategies across all segments, including the Homewood Health Centre, Employee Health and Organizational Support Services and Return to Work Services. He leads teams that have responsibility for customer service, marketing and communications, and business development.
To his role, Sean brings 15 years of varied experiences gained from senior leadership roles in the EFAP, Wellness, Disability and Employer Services industries. Sean has led teams responsible for integrating and bundling multiple complementary services and products designed to help customer organizations become more efficient, healthy and profitable. Mike Sullivan co‐founded Cubic Health in 2003, and currently serves as the company’s President. Cubic Health is an independent health plan analytics and prescription drug plan management company based in Toronto. Cubic Health works with Canadian employers, plan advisors, provincial/territorial governments, insurance carriers, plan administrators, and service providers to optimize investments made in employee health benefits.
Mike began his career as a community pharmacist in Saskatoon, and has previous experience working in the pharmaceutical and benefits consulting industries. He continues to maintain an active license to practice with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

Erik S. Weisman, Ph.D., is an investment officer at MFS Investment Management and a portfolio manager on the Global Fixed Income team. Before joining MFS in 2002 as a global sovereign research analyst, he served for two years as assistant to the US Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund and for three years as an international economist in the US Treasury’s Office of Central and Eastern Europe. Read more
Amanda Young has a long-standing career in responsible investment within the financial services industry. As Head of Responsible Investments, she leads a team of analysts focusing on the environmental and social risks of Standard Life Investment’s porfolios. This includes research, analysis and engagement on human rights, environment, labour standard and business ethics.  Prior to joining Standard Life Investments, Amanda was the SRI Officer at Newton Investment Management where she integrated environmental, social and governance matters into Newton’s mainstream investment process.
