Elijah Moore 
Co -Founder and CEO of Collage

Elijah Moore is Co-Founder and CEO of Collage, Canada's leading HR and benefits platform for SMBs. Collage is backed by Canada's top fintech investors and has helped make work-life better for tens of thousands of Canadian employees. Collage is currently partnering with top benefits advisory firms across the country to provide a digital, automated employee benefits experience for their clients.

Elijah is a graduate of the Ivey Business School at Western University. He began his career as an investment banker to early-stage public companies before launching his own retail tech startup at age 23. Elijah is a graduate of the Next Founders program run by Next Canada, which is Canada's most prominent acceleration program for entrepreneurs.

 

Steve Schlesak
General Manager, Dialogue

As General Manager, Steve is leading the commercial scale and expansion of Dialogue across Canada. He joined Dialogue after three with Uber Canada overseeing national marketplace operations. He received his MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, where Steve co founded the Leadership Fellows Program, TEDx Venice Beach, and cut his teeth in tech-empowered marketplaces with a local start-up.

His career began in biotechnology sales after receiving a BSc from McGill University. Steve presently sits on the committee for Covenant House's Guts n Glory flagship fundraising event and enjoys time with his wife, their dog, and enjoys various sporting activities with friends and family.


Ali Merali  
Head of Nest Wealth at Work

Ali is the Head of Nest Wealth at Work, which is the first fully digital Group RRSP product offered in the Canadian market. Responsible for the growth of the division through Sales, Business Development and Product Evolution. Prior to that, Ali was one of the founding members of a Toronto based Ad-Tech company that experienced hyper-growth - from 3 employees to 100 in 3 years which led to the company being acquired. 

After that acquisition but before joining Nest Wealth, Ali spent several months volunteering in Zanzibar, Tanzania (East Africa).
