Join guest speaker, Neil Lloyd as he will walk us through options available to Canadian employers, and the ‘ins and outs’ of offering benefits for your retiree population. He will focus on how things are changing, in particular looking on the complexities facing retirees from DC plans and RRSPs where their income may be far less secure. He will also discuss some of the products being offered in an effort to address future retirees’ concerns.
