Saskatoon Luncheon: Supporting Mental Wellness in the Workplace

The Schizophrenia Society of Saskatchewan’s Partnership Program will share stories of recovery from mental illness. This presentation will include shared stories of recovery from individuals who have experienced, first-hand, schizophrenia, depression, and bi-polar disorder, and a family member of someone directly affected by mental illness will share the impact it has on the family. These experiences will be followed by a mental health professional who will provide facts about schizophrenia and related illnesses, and a panel of speakers will answer questions at the end of the presentation and provide an information brochure.
