If you’re a motivated Account Executive who’s looking for something extraordinary, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a hunter that’s passionate about joining a dynamic and dedicated team with an entrepreneurial spirit and a drive to succeed.

As an Account Executive at Rise, you’ll be pioneering a new space, developing untapped business, and nurturing established territories to build your business. You’re a master at solution selling and engaging clients by leveraging key resources and stakeholders to drive deals. You also have a highly developed capacity to consult around health and wellness or human resources solutions and a strong understanding of the employee benefits landscape.

Here’s what you’ll be doing

#1) Build Pipeline

You’ll be managing and driving sales by qualifying and accurately forecasting new business opportunities, plus you’ll be nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to uncover new opportunities.

#2) Champion our Brand

As an expert in uncovering our clients’ challenges, you’ll be running product and benefits presentations and creating proposals that demonstrate Rise’s value and how we help our clients grow.

#3) Close Business

You’ll be an expert at navigating the customer buying process, engaging key stakeholders, and ultimately securing a signed agreement.


Your qualifications

  • 2-4 years sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets, including experience in the health and wellness or human resources sector where multiple programs and clients are serviced
  • Bachelor degree or higher
  • Strong phone & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • Previous experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or selling into HR strongly preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • CRM Experience
