In 2022 Fiona was appointed to her current role as AVP, Strategy, Data & Analytics for Group Retirement Services. She is responsible for developing and executing on the growth strategy for the group retirement business and delivering insights to drive better plan designs and plan member outcomes. Fiona holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Mathematics, major in Computer Science from University of Waterloo. | | |  | Riccardo Silvestro Riccardo is an experienced Human Resources leader with a background spanning mining, oil and gas, and chemical manufacturing. He brings expertise in HR strategy, acquisitions and divestitures, centralizing HR functions, and leading high-performing teams. A dedicated advocate for the HR profession, Riccardo previously served as President and Chair of the Calgary Total Rewards Network and currently serves as Vice Chair of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute Southern Alberta Council. He also spent eight years as an instructor at Mount Royal University. Holding Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designations, Riccardo remains actively engaged in advancing HR through education, networking, and industry involvement.

Leading a multidisciplinary team of data analysts, architects, scientists, and employee experience researchers, he sets the strategic vision and guides efforts in People Analytics and Team Member Experience Management. The objective is to provide proactive, actionable insights and predictive models for critical decision-making.
| Previously, Javier championed the development and implementation of ATB's in-house Human Capital KPI, the Cultural Health Index (CHI). Now, his focus is on creating tools, operating models, and governance frameworks to enable self-service insights and predictive analytics about ATB's workforce and team member experience. These data-informed decisions will shape the future of work at ATB, supporting strategic workforce planning, organizational design, development, and HCM consulting. She has consistently driven impactful, enterprise-wide initiatives, including the successful design and development of new short-term and long-term incentive plans, as well as executive compensation structures. Lisa's expertise ensures ATB attracts, retains, and motivates top talent through innovative reward strategies. | More recently, Lisa transitioned to her current role as Managing Director, Team Member Retirement & Investment Programs. Here, her team has oversight and risk management for ATB’s pension plans, collaborating with the Board-established Retirement Committee to ensure sustainable programs. She also oversees program evolution, communication, and education, significantly contributing to team member well-being and financial readiness.
A forward-thinking leader, in 2024 Lisa played a pivotal role on ATB’s past Generative AI Project Team, not only in successfully piloting Google Gemini but also in its critical scaling across the organization. Building on this, she now leads the Gen AI People Workstream, strategically integrating AI into leader practices and broader workforce strategy. Lisa’s exceptional contributions were recognized with ATB's prestigious President's League Award in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of Alberta.
