Giorgio Follegati

Benefits Specialist

Giorgio Follegati is a solution driven group benefit professional. Prior to joining Benchmark Benefit Solutions as an Account Executive in 2016, Giorgio worked as both a Technical Underwriter and Sales Representative in the Group Benefits department at one of Canada’s largest Third-Party Administrators. In 2015, Giorgio was recognized as a “Top Young Gun” under 35, by Insurance Business Canada magazine. Since entering the industry in 2010, he has made a high-level commitment to employee benefit education, having been mentored and coached by several of the most highly acclaimed employee benefit professionals in the country. Giorgio sits on the Ontario Council of the Canadian Pension and Benefits Institute and is also an organizer of DisruptHR Vaughan, an annual event bringing together HR professionals and business leaders in the Greater Toronto Area, to discuss innovation and advancements in the world of work.

 
Matthew Streeter

Vice President, Defined Contribution & Retirement 

Matt Streeter is the Vice President of Defined Contribution & Retirement at Franklin Templeton. In this role Matthew works with pension plan sponsors, consultants, platforms and gatekeepers in optimizing their retirement investment strategy. Mr. Streeter received his bachelor of science in finance and economics from the University of Vermont.
He is a CFA charterholder and brings with him more than 19 years of institutional investment management and banking experience. Mr. Streeter has previously held senior positions at global banks, asset managers and financial technology companies and brings his deep expertise in quantitative product development, investment analysis and pension consulting. Mr. Streeter also brings experience in operations, sales and marketing.
