Canadian Commercial Real Estate Investing
Building a Progressive Real Estate Debt and Equity Investment Strategy

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: February 7, 2020 at 12PM

From a Trustee's perspective, what really drives the decision to invest in real estate as an alternative investment? Broadening the asset class further into real estate debt and real estate equity, we highlight how Plans can gain exposure to the asset class, and uncover some of the current strategies and themes seen in today’s Canadian commercial real estate landscape.

Join us as Lee Riggs, Administrator at International Union of Operating Engineers Local 115 (formerly President at Telecommunications Workers Union, and board member at Concert Properties), and Lezlie Mintz, VP Business Development at ACM Advisors Ltd, share their insights on Canadian Commercial Real Estate Investing.
