FSCO, the Ontario pension regulator, recently released a FAQ document which outlines their interpretation of several aspect of the new regulations. As the largest manager of Defined Benefit pension assets in Canada, TD Asset Management (TDAM) has had a number of clients impacted by these new funding rules. The speakers from TDAM will share their observations on the impact of the new rules in Ontario and FSCO's FAQ from an investment perspective, and discuss what may change in the future
