Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$90,710 - $122,726

Pension and wellness expertise needed
Help manage and oversee FCC’s pension plans and retirement programs, providing strategic support, communication and education for employees. This position is designated bilingual (English and French), and the successful candidate must be able to communicate in both of Canada’s official languages.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the administration of FCC Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) pension plans
  • Develop and implement strategies and programs to educate employees about retirement benefits
  • Research best-practice retirement savings as well as financial wellness strategies
  • Act as the main contact for the executive benefit or pension questions, administering the executive perquisite plan and addressing inquiries
  • Lead and manage the corporate employee relocation program
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate policy exceptions and resolve escalated situations
  • Support strategy implementation for benefits, pension and health and wellness programs
  • Assist the Director of Total Rewards in developing strategies, reports, and presentations, providing insights on benefits and wellness programs.

Exigences:

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration and/or Human Resources Management and at least four years of benefits experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Designations such as a Certified Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Pension Plan Administrator Certificate (PPAC) would be an asset.
