All cancellations received after April 1, 2025, will be subject to an administration fee of $250.00. All cancellations received after April 22, 2025, will be subject to an administration fee of $500.00. If notice of the cancellation is received after May 2, 2025, 100% of the registration and the guest pass fees will be retained.
Registration can be transferred at no extra cost (member to member, non-member to non-member) under some conditions.
Important!! Given the limited number of hotel rooms, all hotel reservations that are not linked to a FORUM registration will be cancelled.
If CPBI has to cancel the in-person event, participants who purchased a ticket for the in-person format will be given the choice to cancel and obtain a full refund or switch their registration to a virtual option, and be refunded the difference in pricing between the virtual and in-person options.
CPBI will not be responsible for any financial loss related to any other bookings (travel, lodging, etc.) resulting from the cancellation of the in-person event.
