The CPBI Hall of Distinction (previously called Hall of Fame) was originally created in 2011 to celebrate the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute (CPBI) history and recognize individuals who have been key leaders in the organization over the years. It is a means to recognize and honour CPBI members, past and present, who have given their time and energy to the Institute and who without them the Canadian Pension & Benefits Institute would not be recognized for its educational and networking presence across Canada. The change of name to CPBI Hall of Distinction took place in 2025.
