Alyssa Hariton is an actuary and Associate Partner at TELUS Health, with more than 25 years of experience in actuarial pension consulting. She has worked with a broad range of clients across the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, including jointly-trusteed pension plans, multi-employer plans and both large and small corporations. She provides advice to clients on all aspects of the funding, design and operation of, and accounting for, retirement benefit plans and executive pension arrangements. Alyssa is the Quality & Trust Leader for TELUS Health’s DB Consulting business, and a past chair of the Pension Plan Financial Reporting Committee of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries. 
  
 Adrian Rockwell is Assistant Director, Policy at BC Pension Corporation, one of the largest professional pension service providers in Canada. He leads the delivery of policy research, development, and advice to the boards of five major pension plans that provide retirement income security to one in eight British Columbians. Adrian works closely with trustees and executive leadership on complex decisions related to plan design, growth strategy, benefit entitlement, and legislative and regulatory compliance. He enjoys making complex pension policy accessible and regularly provides education to trustees and other participants in this continually evolving landscape.
