Presentation Summary

At the heart of every plan is the intention to help as many members as possible. Today in Canada we are experiencing a major shift in the makeup of workplaces and plan members. As the workforce evolves to reflect changing demographic shifts, group benefits plans also need to evolve. Members’ needs are becoming more diverse and group benefits strategies shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all.

This session will explore innovative approaches to modernize benefits plans. Learn how sponsors can support members' unique needs and align benefits plans to meet the needs of today and tomorrow’s members, while balancing sustainability concerns in the face of escalating costs.

[ON1] @Sjoberg, Shelley this is just an example, could you give us something we could replace this with? Something that speaks to your track record and achievements in the group benefits space.

[SS2] I guess you could note our DEI roadmap, that was my vision and leadership - so the launch of our GA benefit, family building and our current modernization plans.

[SS3] this feels too "all me", I know this is what I wrote in this comment, but can we lesson it so be more like "Under Shelley's leadership, Canada Life is progressing it's workplace solutions DEI product development roadmap, including the launch of ..."
