CPBI Pacific Continuing Education session
The Standard for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace was released in January, 2013. This session will aim at stimulating our thinking about how we can apply the Standard to ensure psychological health safety in our workplaces. We will first provide an outline of the Standard, as well as background information. We will then focus on how the Standard can be implemented and integrated in existing disability management practices. We will use case studies to brainstorm on implementation strategies and discussion time to clarify questions about the content and feasibility of the Standard.
