After working with oil and health care companies in occupational health, she joined Fraser Health Authority in 2004 as part of the disability management team. She provides specialized services for her team and Fraser Health region. |
Additional experience in quality, ethics, epidemiology, and a certification in Disability Management more than 13 years ago, have allow Monica to work in various areas of the disability management field (prevention, return to work, accommodations) venturing into innovative areas as episodic chronic medical conditions, support to aging workers, and prevention. In the last two year have established a regional program in FHA to allow workers with a specific group of conditions to receive support, proper management, return to work best practices and provide accommodations when needed. |
