Please join us for an online seminar on Feburary 24, 2022. | The pace of change in the world of employee benefits is often described as “glacial”. As President of Fraser Group, Ken Fraser has tracked developments in the employee benefits industry for more than 30 years. In this session, he will share his observations on the resilience of employee benefits in the face of recessions and pandemics and on the vulnerabilities that may undermine the value of benefit plans in the future. The session will identify the forces that now drive change. These forces include demographics, labour market developments, technology and shifts in social values. Ken will discuss how these forces affect benefit plan design, claims administration and employee communications as well as their impact on the insurance industry and advisor community. |
