Analyzing and negotiating employee benefits at renewal is vital to the skill set of an HR professional. In this CPBI session, we will examine the advanced tools and best practices that employee benefit providers use in formulating packages. This knowledge will strengthen the expertise and effectiveness as a HR professional and skilled negotiator.

The course is focused on group benefits from a payroll, human resources and financial point of view.

Attending will provide a blueprint on how your benefits providers create employee group benefits programs.

Scott Coe

Scott joined Hamilton + Partners in 2008 after a successful career in the CFL. While playing with the Calgary Stampeders Scott worked as a sales consultant for Oil Patch Rentals in the oil and gas industry. Throughout both endeavours, Scott built a strong personal and business network that he continues to work with today. Hard work, dedication and persistence are only a few characteristics that Scott brings to work every day. His clients know that their best interests are always put first. He prides himself on knowing his client’s business and building the best benefits plan to fit their needs. In addition to maintaining and growing client relations he is now involved in strategic company planning to continue expanding the business. At the end of 2016 Scott was named Partner.


Brock Robillard

Brock graduated with a BA in business from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri where he attended on a golf scholarship followed by completing his MBA. He joined Hamilton + Partners in June 2009, while working his way to becoming a partner in the employee benefits division in September 2016. His continued success in group benefits is a result of his strong emphasis on listening to clients. His experience allows him to understand and consult on all of your employee benefits and group retirement needs, ensuring your plan design aligns with your corporate objective with the highest return on your investment.
