Bringing the Productivity Equation to Life: A Panel Conversation

Bringing the Productivity Equation to Life: A Panel Conversation

October 3, 2024 3:00 PM to 5:00 PMMarriott Downtown, Calgary, Alberta
Area of Interest: Benefits, Networking Format: In Person

Please join us on October 3, 2024 at the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel for an afternoon presentation, followed by a networking social.

This follow-up session from our June The Future of HR: Harnessing Generative AI and Technology's Influence on Workforce Evolution event will aim to dive deeper into one of the topics which was DRIVE human-centric productivity.

It is clear we need a new productivity equation that’s a better fit for today’s workforce, and whether we get it right will have profound implications for business, people and society.  People are a finite resource; between declines in job satisfaction and a higher-than-ever risk of employee burnout, the age-old calls to work harder and faster just won’t cut it. There’s a better way to kick-start productivity, and it demands AI — but to make lasting progress, leading employers will answer the call to govern AI responsibly and distribute the gains evenly. Join us for a engaging panel conversation as we dive into real world case studies, strategies and best practices that explore the dynamic relationship driving productivity, engagement and the power of GenAI technology in 2024 and beyond.
