Corinne Ah Choon, CFA
Director, Investments & DC

A Director in Eckler’s investment consulting practice, Corinne has over 15 years of industry experience and serves as a lead and backup consultant to clients of all sizes with defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

In her previous role, Corinne was responsible for maintaining relationships with private and public plan sponsors, record keepers, and consultants for an asset management firm. She spent the first 10 years of her career at a large financial institution where she held various positions, focusing on the creation and oversight of a global platform of investment products.

Today, with her diverse experience, Corinne works with clients in a variety of areas, ranging from governance to investments, to record keeper selection and plan design, and brings a detailed approach to all her clients in helping manage their DC plans effectively.

Corinne also leads Canadian equity research and overall DC investment research and sits on Eckler’s Investment Research Steering Committee which sets the overall strategic direction of the firm’s investment research efforts.

Corinne graduated from York University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and is currently working towards the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Along with raising two daughters, Corinne is an active volunteer within her community serving as the Director of Finance and a Board Member for the Vita Center.

Corrine is a committed workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate. She was the founding member of the first grassroots DEI group at a former employer and actively participates in advancing Eckler’s DEI program as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) ambassador. 

 

Marc-Antoine Morin
AVP Chief Product Owner - Member Engagement

As Head of Member Engagement, Marc-Antoine leads initiatives designed to steer members of group retirement plans towards better financial health. This includes creating experiences, products and services around education, guidance, advice, and decumulation.

Marc-Antoine has worked in the group retirement industry since 2005, having started as a defined benefit pension consultant at a large consulting firm. At Manulife, he has held various leadership roles in group retirement product development.

Marc-Antoine is a graduate of Université Laval’s actuarial program, holds an MBA from HEC Montréal, and is a fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (FCIA).  

 

Allyson Marta
Bennett Jones

Allyson Marta practises exclusively in the area of Pensions and Benefits law. Her practice focuses on pensions and benefits in corporate transactions, creditor/debtor agreements, and restructurings and insolvencies. She advises clients in both the public and private sectors with respect to pension plan compliance, governance, investments, and administration. Allyson also assists clients with navigating legal and regulatory matters related to retirement and benefit plans more broadly.

Stephanie Seabrook is currently a Senior Pension Advisor at Pembina Pipeline Corporation, managing the strategic planning and administration of their DB, DC, & Savings Plans. Prior to this, Stephanie served 15 years at Mercer as a pension consultant. Her unique combination of consulting and client experience helps to enhance employee education and engagement alongside refining governance practices.
