Join CPBI Pacific as we explore the fine world of artisan chocolate from around the globe with a guided tasting of bean to bar craft chocolate of single origin— all with 70% cacao so you can truly taste regional differences. Shipping Details: You will receive a package by April 19. This package includes four (4) 20g single-origin 70% chocolate, score sheet, as well as a tasting wheel to further your tasting exploration in the comfort of your home. Networking Details: Meet and greet your fellow CPBI Pacific Members virtually! We will meet over Zoom, so don't be shy to turn on those cameras! You will join a main room, and there will be many opportunities to breakout into smaller groups during the hour. This is a fun, casual, informative and extremely delicious way to connect with other CPBI Members in BC, as we learn about chocolate together.
