All cancellations received after April 15, 2018, will be subject to an administration fee of $250.00. All cancellations received after April 30, 2018, will be subject to an administration fee of $500.00. If notice of the cancellation is received after May 5, 2018, 100% of the registration and the guest pass fees will be retained.
Registration can be transferred at no extra cost (member to member, non-member to non-member) under some conditions.
Important!! Given the limited number of hotel rooms, all hotel reservations that are not linked to a FORUM registration will be canceled.
