| Victoria Shaw, BSc Pharm Victoria is a drug benefit manager at Alberta Blue Cross. She is a licensed clinical pharmacist with the Alberta College of Pharmacy (ACP), holds a bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from the University of Alberta, and has obtained the designation of additional prescribing authorization from the ACP.
Prior to joining Alberta Blue Cross, Victoria’s clinical practice was in the community setting providing direct patient care. | During this time, she also obtained her Certificate in Travel Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine. In her current role at Alberta Blue Cross, she advises and supports stakeholders on issues related to the management of drug benefits, is an expert resource on the development of drug benefit management strategies and products, and is focused on effective, cost-efficient and viable drug plans. |

| | Cynthia Keys M.A., BEd., CCC., RCAT. Cynthia Keys is a Certified Canadian Counsellor and Art Therapist who is dedicated to helping enable people to draw upon their own resources and strengths. Cynthia’s educational background has allowed her to work within a broad range of clinical settings including; EFAP, public health, a children’s hospital, oncology, forensic psychiatry, and within a wilderness-based treatment addictions program. Her passion, and current area of clinical focus is within the work supporting parents, children and families. Cynthia has been with Homewood Health since 2016, initially offering direct counselling to clients, and currently is a regional EFAP Clinical Manager.

Ilana Korble has over 25 years of experience in the field of Disability Management and Organizational Health. Ilana joined Canada Life in 1997, initially as a Rehabilitation Consultant and transitioning in 2010 into a leadership role as a Team Manager in Disability field operations. In her current role as an Organizational Health Consultant at Canada Life, Ilana is dedicated to identifying and addressing the disability and wellness needs of numerous organizations and industries. | She focuses on understanding the unique health needs and absence risk areas of an organization and delivering services tailored to control rising health costs and absenteeism trends. Canada Life’s Organizational Health Team plays an integral role in supporting the financial, physical and mental well-being of millions of Canadians.
Ilana is a Canadian Certified Rehabilitation Consultant, (CCRC), and is working towards a Mindful Leader designation through Mindful Employer Canada. |
