Josh Merrigan, Associate - Stewart McKelvey

 Josh’s practice includes labour and employment work for clients in various industries including natural resources, financial services, and education. He has also done significant work in municipal law for several municipalities including drafting briefs and legal arguments for appearances before the Newfoundland and Labrador Supreme Court, as well as regional appeal boards. He has assisted mining industry clients by providing due diligence work for transactions. His litigation experience includes work with mining, construction, and insurance clients.
