Overview
The issue of Temporary Foreign Workers and the impact on Canadian employers has been a hot topic in HR in 2014. The federal government has recently announced even more changes to this program, further restricting the employer's ability to hire and retain temporary foreign workers. Regardless of opinions on the issue, there is much for Canadian employers to know as the Feds continue to adapt the program.
In this webinar session, Lana MacLellan of the Atlantic law firm Stewart McKelvey, who has been following the changes closely, advising both employers and workers, will outline what everyone needs to know to stay current on the latest details.
