Pharmacy and Clinical Practice Leader
WTW - Canada Region

Pharmacist with over 20 years of experience in various hospital clinical settings in addition to leading the drug strategy for an insurer. She is well versed in the Canadian pharmacy landscape and served as an active member of several Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association (CLHIA) committees and national advisory boards. Joanne has many years of experience supporting her clients directly as well as through their advisors to analyze data and identify cost savings opportunities.

Currently, Joanne is the Pharmacy Practice Leader in Canada for WTW, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth. She focuses on shaping pharmacy strategies for WTW clients across the country.

Director of Pharmacy Services 
Pacific Blue Cross

Anar Dossa is the Director of Pharmacy Services at Pacific Blue Cross with 30+ years of experience as a pharmacist. Her clinical area of interest is Diabetes. She is a Certified Diabetes Educator, Past Chair and Board Member with the College of Pharmacists of BC, and a Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC's Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
