Alex has been active in Disability, Mental Health and Wellness fields for over 18 years. Alex has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is an acccredited Ergonomic Specialist and holds a Masters' degree in Organizational Management.

Kim has over 20 years of extensive Workplace Health and Wellness, Safety, Disability management and Worker's Compensation. She also has extensive experience in Addiction and Substance use programs, including treatment, developing policies and procedures, integration in to benefit plans.
