Pensions are investing in 'Alternative' Investments – such as Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Credit – to achieve different outcomes for their plans. This investment education session will explore how such 'Alternatives' help build on the portfolio diversification, resilience and performance that a portfolio constructed with publicly traded securities can provide. It will provide investment examples across alternative asset classes to illustrate the advantages, trade-offs, and historical experiences associated with pensions that include alternative investments.
