Partner, Acuity HR Solutions
As a Partner with Acuity HR Solutions, Jane Helbrecht believes that leaders are the key to building stronger organizations and elevating workplace cultures. Jane is a fantastic facilitator and dynamic communicator who delivers training in an approach that focuses not only on knowledge and skills but also on shifting attitudes and building habits for long term meaningful change. She has travelled Canada and the United States facilitating leadership development programs.
Jane is a B.Comm (Hons) who graduated from the I.H. Asper School of Business with a double major in Human Resources Management and International Business. Prior to joining Acuity HR Solutions, she worked as an HR professional in generalist and manager roles where she developed her expertise in employee relations, coaching, training and development, and employee benefits. Jane is involved in the Winnipeg arts community including her role as President on the Board of Prairie Theatre Exchange.
