We know an employer has a legal duty to take reasonable steps, in policies or conditions of work, to accommodate an employee's individual needs. Does that duty to accommodate look different today that it did prior to the pandemic? What are the fundamental principles behind the duty to accommodate? What are employers' obligations in accommodating employees with disabilities? What issues may arise with employee benefits when they are no longer at work?

Join us and hear Walter Pavlic (Partner) and Sharon Au (Counsel) from MLT Aikins LLP, discuss employer obligations with respect to working with employees with disabilities, including accommodation obligations and dealing with insurance carriers.
