Session description

When it comes to the administration of pensions and employee benefits, family matters. The dynamics of the modern family pose a host of challenges for today’s pension and benefit plan administrators when calculating and settling benefits – relationship breakdowns, competing spousal and beneficiary claims, questions of legal capacity and how to deal with powers of attorney, to name just a few.

Through a series of fact patterns, our panel will explore a number of real life challenges faced by plan administrators and provide practical solutions for resolving them.

Please join us for what will be an informative and dynamic session!
