Christine Than, Senior Drug Solutions Consultant, Aon Hewitt

Christine is responsible for developing strategies at a national level in respect to drug claims management and drug utilization reviews. Moreover, she is responsible for drug trends monitoring and for modifications at legislative level which could affect drug plans. Christine has held various positions in the health industry, and more specifically in health technologies. Furthermore, she has been Account Manager and Clinical Pharmacist within a major health solutions supplier. She also has extensive experience in advisory services for businesses as well as internal clients in her role as prescription drug expert. She also has several years of experience as a keynote speaker at industry conferences. Christine also keeps her pharmacy license active by working in a retail pharmacy setting one to two days a week.

Fiona Campbell – Partner, Goldblatt Partners LLP

Fiona practises labour and employment law on behalf of unions, their members and individual employees, with a particular focus on human rights and pension and benefit issues. She has also previously worked with another Toronto union side boutique and as counsel to the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

Lindsay Bell, Senior Health Management Consultant, Wellness, Disability, Manulife Financial

Having worked within various sectors performing workplace wellness consultation and human resource functions, Lindsay’s passion is organizational well-being and employee health. Her educational background includes her Honours Bachelor of Arts Psychology Degree, her post graduate in Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion and has received her Mental Health First Aid Certificate from the Mental Health Commission of Canada.

As a Board of Directors member for the Ontario Workplace Health Coalition she extends her personal time to help advocate for change across Ontario workplaces. As one of Manulife’s Senior Health Management Consultants, Lindsay relishes in knowing that her everyday actions with Manulife’s clients not only makes a difference in employee’s lives but also generates impactful results for those organizations.
