A psychologically healthy and safe workplace can help ensure your organization is effective in managing its human resources.  It can also contribute to a healthy bottom line.

Are you wondering where to start?  Would you like to evaluate the impact of what you have already done?   All Canadian workplaces have access to the tools and resources they need to support psychological health and safety.  This session will help you create an inventory of those resources that are free and public, or available at no additional cost through your benefits providers and partners.  We will then build a road map to using those resources to achieve, evaluate and maintain psychological health and safety in your workplace.
