Accredited by The Healthy Enterprises Group for the “Healthy Enterprise” standard and approach, she knows how to guide employers in adopting the best practices in health promotion and prevention and in workplace attendance management to build a health culture within the organization. Passionate, energetic, and creative, she succeeds in mobilizing teams to achieve their health goals. She has led various training sessions and conferences within companies.
In 2015, Valerie showcased her skills as Director, Participant Services, at the 50th Quebec Games Finale. Leading the health services, accommodation, food, and transportation teams for the 5,000 athletes and coaches, she saw herself grow from this adventure in the world of event planning!
