| | Ryan James Boyle, Senior Vice President and Senior Economist, Northern Trust
Ryan is a Senior Vice President and Senior Economist within the Global Risk Management division of Northern Trust.
In this role, Ryan is responsible for briefing clients and partners on the economy and business conditions, supporting internal stress testing and capital allocation processes, and publishing economic commentaries. Prior to joining Northern Trust, Ryan held multiple management roles at TransUnion. He researched and reported on trends and key topics in the consumer credit industry, and he led initiatives to improve the breadth, depth, and quality of data reported on consumer files. Before TransUnion, Ryan worked as an economic consultant at Navigant Consulting, supporting expert testimony in competition and securities litigation. He started his career as a business analyst at ABN AMRO/LaSalle Bank. Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, with highest honors, from DePaul University. In addition, Ryan completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. |
| | Michael A. Mullaney, Director of Global Markets Research for Boston Partners.
Michael rejoined the firm from Fiduciary Trust Company where he was chief investment officer with responsibilities that included setting the firm’s overall investment policy practices and establishing both strategic and tactical asset allocation targets for client portfolios.
Prior to that, Mr. Mullaney was the director of fixed income with Boston Partners Asset Management. Prior to joining Boston Partners, Mr. Mullaney was managing director and senior investment strategist at Putnam Investments, specializing in portfolio strategy and key account portfolio management. Before that, he was a senior consultant with Chase Econometrics/ Interactive Data Corporation, focusing on quantitative methodologies in fixed income and equity management. Mr. Mullaney holds a B.S. degree (Cum Laude) in biological sciences from Boston University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Babson College. He has a total of forty-one years of investment experience.

| | Iftikhar Ahmed, Partner – Infrastructure Investments at Aon
Iftikhar leads global infrastructure research and consulting practice at Aon. He has over 17 years of combined experience in the investment industry with a focus on private equity and infrastructure. He is responsible for research and due diligence on infrastructure and energy transition funds, secondaries, and co-investments and provide strategic and portfolio advice to public and corporate pensions, endowment and foundations, SWFs and insurance companies on their infrastructure programs.
Prior to joining Aon in 2016, Iftikhar held senior investment positions at large investment holding companies where he was responsible for managing direct and fund investments in private equity and infrastructure. He holds Master of Business Administration, Master of Public Policy, Administration and Law, and Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations as well. | | | | | | Andrew Greene, MA, CIM, CAIA Chief Investment Officer at TTC Pension PlanAndy has been in the investment industry for over 25 years in both Canada and U.S. in a variety of roles. In this role Andy oversees all investment functions, including investment strategy, portfolio construction, due diligence, risk management and monitoring and managing the investment team.
Prior to TTCPP, he has worked at OPTrust, Northern Trust, the University of Wisconsin Foundation and WTW. He holds an M.A. in Applied Economics from Binghamton University and a B.A. in Economics from Ithaca College, the Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and Chartered Alternatives Analyst (CAIA) designations, and is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Toronto, and the Pension Investment Association of Canada. Andy serves on the Investment Committees for the United Church of Canada Pension (where he is Chairperson) and York University.

Kevin Zhu is Senior Managing Director and head of Portfolio Construction at OPTrust, one of Canada's largest defined benefit pension funds with net assets of almost C$25 billion. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including both central banking and total portfolio investment framework and strategy design for large Canadian defined benefits pension plans. Kevin joined OPTrust in 2016, where he has been leading Total Fund portfolio management functions, including portfolio construction research and innovation, capital risk allocation across asset classes and strategies, total portfolio management framework design, and Dynamic total portfolio management. Prior to joining OPTrust, Kevin held the position of Director, Strategy and Asset Mix at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Before this appointment, Kevin was Senior Economist at the Bank of Canada, focusing on monetary policy research and model development. He holds an MA in Economics from Carleton University and is a CFA Chart holder. In 2017, Kevin was named to Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute's Public Investor 100. In 2023, Kevin's team won Institutional Connect's Investment Team Award. |
| | Tanya Lai, Managing Director, Public Equities, IMCO
Tanya is responsible for IMCO’s public equities assets, focusing on strategy research, implementation, and portfolio construction. She is the Chair of the IMCO Portfolio Construction Committee that ensures the IMCO Public Equity investments are aligned with long-term investment goals. Before joining IMCO at its inception in 2017, Tanya was the Managing Director of Public Markets at the Ontario Pension Board, leading its entry into emerging markets. She has worked with Canadian-based pensions (defined benefit and contributions plans) and endowments. She oversaw investment research on traditional/alternative asset classes and multi-manager structure design while leading risk management initiatives. Tanya has an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Toronto. She is a CFA charter holder and a member of the Toronto CFA Society. Tanya currently serves on the Investment Advisory Committee of the Ontario Public Guardian and Trustee (“OPGT” ), and she serves on the Investment Committee of the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health Foundation (“CAMH Foundation”). Previously, she was a board member of the Toronto Investment Board. |
