Mike Lutner is Director, Business Development in at Shepell, Canada’s leading EFAP provider by market share. Through his experience in EFAP client management and business development with Shepell and, previous to that another large EFAP provider, Mike has gained a keen understanding of employee assistance programs and the value they bring to employers in both the private and public sector.
Shane Strachan is a Shepell client account executive customizing and promoting EFAP programs and services for some of BC’s largest employers in the high-tech, resource, financial and education sectors. Shane has over fifteen years of experience in human resources, benefits consulting, workforce communication and Employee & Family Assistance Programs. He is also a self-professed techie, although he continues to use a BlackBerry smartphone.
