Session Description:
Learn how technology, social media and networking are changing communication and engagement in the pension and benefits world. This session will demonstrate how organizations are applying electronic solutions (e.g., apps, social media, social networking, mobile platforms, etc.) to improve understanding and engage employees' active participation in the pension and benefit plans they are offered.

Principal Mercer Christine is a consultant in Mercer's Talent - Communication business who helps clients implement compelling communication strategies to support pension and benefits programs. Christine holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Ottawa and a Certificate in Public Relations from Ryerson Polytechnic University. She is also a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and Canadian Public Relations Society (CPRS). She has won two IABC Gold Quill awards and two national CPRS Awards for her communication management work. |

Partner Moi Communications Raquelle is a graduate of Kwantlen University College with a Certificate in Public Relations, is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators and the Canadian Public Relations Society. Some of Raquelle's work includes Media Officer for Target on their move to Western Canada; Digital Strategist for "Who killed Gandhi?", a documentary which aired on Vision TV; and Digital Producer with one of Canada's top advertising agencies.
