We will look at the origins of EFAP (Employee and Family Assistance Programs) and travel through time to watch the evolution of EFAP into its current offering of counselling, life balance, health services and career support. As well as e-services, crisis management response, and manager and organizational support services. We will then take a glimpse into the future of EFAP and related services and how technology and a growing awareness and de-stigmatization of mental health issues will transform services….with a little bit of semblance to the design of early EFAP services.
Speaker: Colleen Gillespie, National Director of Business Development, Homewood Health
| Colleen brings a wealth of experience from her 24 years in the benefits industry. She brings a unique and valuable perspective to this presentation as she has worked with many different organizations on all sides of the business: as a provider, consultant and customer of EFAP services.
