In November and December 2014, the Morneau Shepell Research Group conducted a survey of workplace mental health stakeholders including employees, employers and physicians. The results provide insights into workplace mental health from each perspective:
- What do employees think about workplace mental health?
- Are employees and employers on the same page?
- What position do physicians take on the issue?
- How are we doing, and what needs to change?
- What do the stakeholders think about HOW to make changes?
Rochelle will also lead the group in a couple case study examples where the learnings can be taken back to your workplace.
Join us for this CPBI breakfast seminar as Rochelle Morandini from Morneau Shepell highlights the results of the survey.
