In this session, two investigators from the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission provide information about the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code and how it applies to employment, public services, and contracts, with specific discussion about benefit and pension plans.

Lola Ayotunde, Investigator
Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission

Lola Ayotunde is an Investigator with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. She is a lawyer and member of the Saskatchewan Bar. Lola has worked with the Commission in two separate periods since 2015. She is currently assigned to the Systemic Initiatives unit within the Commission.

 
  

Robin Mowat, Investigator
Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission

Robin Mowat is an Investigator with the Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission. He is currently assigned to the Systemic Initiatives unit within the Commission. Robin has been with the Commission since 2012.

  

Attendees will learn about:

-An overview of Saskatchewan human rights legislation

-Details on section 15 (Contracts) provisions for insurance and benefits

-Complaint-resolution procedures in Saskatchewan

-Overview of new issues in human rights, including considerations around COVID-19

Online Session
