Please join us for an online seminar on March 23, 2023. | In this presentation, Nicole Quintal will explore the rapidly changing technology landscape and the opportunities it may present to enhance pension and benefits communications.

This session will be presented by: | Nicole Quintal Communications Manager, CSS Pension Plan Nicole Quintal joined the CSS Pension Plan team in June 2014 as its first communications manager. She has over 15 years of experience in the communications field and is well-versed in communicating to membership organizations through an integrated mix of digital channels. Prior to joining the CSS team, she was a communication advisor with the Saskatchewan Medical Association.
Inspired by the tech and fintech industries, Nicole regularly seeks opportunities to innovate to improve communication with CSS Pension Plan members. Nicole and the CSS team are currently working on initiatives to enhance targeted digital communications with CSS Pension Plan members, including developing new targeted video content, a new website, and increasing personalized information delivery for members.
| | Nicole holds a Diploma in Journalism from MacEwan University, a Bachelor of Professional Arts in Communication Studies (Honours and Distinction) from Athabasca University, and a Pension Plan Administration Certificate (PPAC) from Humber College.
