Jamie Farrell, Director, Benefits & Investment Programs, Rogers Communications Jamie leads the team at Rogers responsible for group benefit, disability, and wealth accumulation program management offered to approximately 27,000 employees across Canada. The team’s scope includes program design, contract and policy development, budget oversight, consulting, change management, governance, compliance, member communication, and reporting. Jamie has been at Rogers since 2008 and prior to this, he held senior consulting roles at two of Canada’s leading benefits consulting firms. Jamie is an alumnus of Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia where he studied a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. |

Paula Allen, Vice-President, Research and Integrative Solutions, Morneau ShepellPaula is a leading expert and frequent speaker in disability management service and strategy, employee family assistance, workplace mental health, drug plan management, and workplace training. She is a member of Morneau Shepell’s Innovation Group and is focused on data driven insights regarding disability intervention, attendance support, mental health, and issues that have the greatest impact on workplace health, cost and productivity. Paula completed undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Toronto in psychological research, neuropsychological testing, and clinical intervention. |
