Building Employee Financial Well-Being
|
Please join us on Tuesday February 28th, 2017 at the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, 133 – 9 Ave. SW Calgary. |
As the workforce ages, the practical implications of employee financial well-being from both an employer and employee perspective are becoming more apparent. Managing a workforce, maintaining engagement and productivity, and enabling employees’ preferred choice of retirement date to match business requirements are issues organizations need to address. This session will focus on two main themes: - How employers can promote financial well-being, and
- What leaders and managers can do to implement behavior changes throughout the organization.
