Brian is a high performing, results driven leader with extensive experience in technology start-ups and high growth companies. His focus is anticipating the needs of corporate clients and delivering optimal solutions. He is driven by the belief that there is always a better way!

Link was formed in recognition that technology could produce superior administration for corporately sponsored group plans, including equity, health and retirement savings plans while providing a better experience and retirement outcomes for plan members.

Brian is also a Director and founder of Kismet Solutions Inc., a Calgary based Managed Information Technology Service Provider.  Kismet has provided technology infrastructure, data and application solutions to clients for over 15 years. Kismet’s team manages information services for mid-size clients in various business enterprises and recently a $2 billion E&P acquisition’s information integration taking the company from 0 to 80,000 BoE in less than 3 months.

Brian’s considerable experience in the technology sector coupled with his Electrical Engineering Degree from U of C,  provide him with the unique perspective and experience required to create and execute agile strategies in an ever-evolving industry.

With a background as an elite athlete on Canada’s National Ski team, other high-level competitive sports, and a band leader, Brian understands teamwork, building a culture of performance, goal setting and what it takes to achieve and exceed goals.

Ross Neilson is the Head of Sales at Purpose Investments.  Ross has been in the financial services industry for over 23 years holding sales positions at some of Canada’s largest asset management firms and in corporate banking at two of the world’s largest banks.  

Ross joined Purpose Investments shortly after the firm was created six years ago and has played a key role in its growth to an asset management firm with over $6.5 billion dollars under management. Purpose Investments is an innovator in the asset management space offering both ETFs and Mutual Funds to Canadian investors.
