He enjoys working with a diverse client base, collaborating with human resource teams in organizations of various sizes across Canada and the United States. With a focus on innovation in our ever-changing market, Shane ensures he is educated on new benefit trends and legislation through his involvement in numerous industry partnerships. He completed his Life License Qualifying Program in 2005 and his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation in 2013. Shane also has a Bachelor of Art from the University of Calgary, with a major in economics and a minor in finance. |
