Jason Bell

Area President, Alberta Benefits & HR Consulting

Jason is the Area President for Gallagher’s Benefits & HR Consulting Practice in Alberta. He and the team provide specialized consulting expertise to businesses and individuals in the areas of employee benefits, retirement plans, human resource management, and compensation. 

After 12 years in the technology solutions industry, Jason followed his passion for client care by joining Gallagher Benefit Services. Jason builds enduring relationships with clients through thoughtful advice and honest business practices.
 

Michael Mousseau, PhD,

National Wellbeing and Engagement Consultant

 

Dr. Michael Mousseau is a National Wellbeing and Engagement Consultant based in Canada. As the leader of the practice, 

Dr. Mike partners with Gallagher teams and clients across Canada to design and integrate multidimensional wellbeing initiatives and strategies. With a PhD in neuroscience and background in research he is passionate about improving organizational wellbeing by providing a unique science-based approach to managing risk.
 
 

Shane Keyser

Area Senior Vice President, Calgary, Benefits & HR Consulting

Shane Keyser has devoted his career to helping corporations and professionals optimize their business and employee engagement strategies. After building his own benefits consulting firm for 14 years, 

Shane & his team joined Gallagher in April 2019 to evolve & expand the value, intellectual capital, and capabilities that they offer to their clients.

Shane excels at designing plans & strategies that increase employee wellness & engagement. He prioritizes his clients’ understanding & awareness of industry trends & innovative tools, so they can maximize the value of their remuneration programs. Shane builds enduring relationships with clients through thoughtful advice, honest business practices, and his authentic approach. He enjoys working with a diverse client base, collaborating with human resource teams in organizations of various sizes across Canada and the United States.

 

With a focus on innovation in our ever-changing market, Shane ensures he is educated on new benefit trends and legislation through his involvement in numerous industry partnerships. He completed his Life License Qualifying Program in 2005 and his Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation in 2013. Shane also has a Bachelor of Art from the University of Calgary, with a major in economics and a minor in finance.
