Bill is a nationally and internationally-recognized trainer in human rights, investigations, and the duty to accommodate. He is a sessional lecturer in the Political Studies Department at the University of Saskatchewan teaching Canadian governance and politics. Bill will provide an over-view of the Saskatchewan Human Rights Code and will articulate how the human rights process works in our province. He will also touch on the basics of a human rights investigation.
