Wednesday, March 12, 2014 – Luncheon at Radisson Hotel, Saskatoon
Thursday, March 13, 2014 – Luncheon at Hotel Saskatchewan, Regina | | In 2012, BP Canada unveiled a ground-breaking employee flex and wellness plan that will undoubtedly set the bar for plan sponsors, showing employees – and Canada – that BP is committed to its employees and to its future success. BP Canada’s new plan represents a robust and innovative approach to employee health and benefits. Employees are encouraged to take part in a broad range of physical, emotional, financial and social health activities in order to receive points that directly translate into flex credits and buying power. A buzz-worthy launch, a benefits microsite, the use of leading edge technology, and a variety of personal and team challenges were designed to stimulate and maintain employees’ interest and to help them stay green. | Julia Graham, Senior Consultant at Towers Watson, will showcase the concept and explain how a bunch of “cool ideas” were turned into reality.
