At Gateway, she is also a member of the Human Resources Leadership Committee, playing a pivotal role in jointly overseeing HR strategies, standards and frameworks that support the company's current and future business objectives. Tracey previously served on the CPBI Council and Welcome Centre Shelter board. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Windsor.
