Trying to make sure you run a smooth meeting because you have attended meetings where…
You’re not sure what you will be discussing;
It’s been disorganized;
There is random conversation; and/or
It goes on way longer that you thought it would?
If that is the case and you would like some tools to understand how meetings can be run so everyone comes prepared and it goes smoothly, this presentation will provide you with proven methods to make it happen. A handout will be provided.
